This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of 5GeSIM Global networks, APIs, eSIMs and related services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited activities
- Illegal activity under Singapore, EU, UK, Hong Kong or other applicable law
- Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or unauthorised access to systems
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or SIM-box / traffic pumping schemes
- Distribution of malware, botnet control, or denial-of-service attacks
- Interference with network integrity, numbering resources or interconnection
- Resale in breach of your partner agreement or export/sanctions rules
- Any use that could reasonably harm 5GeSIM Global, carriers or end users
2. Partner responsibilities
Partners must ensure end customers comply with this AUP, implement reasonable abuse controls, and cooperate with lawful requests and investigation of abuse reports.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate, throttle, suspend or terminate services, and report activity to authorities or upstream carriers where appropriate. We are not obliged to monitor all traffic but reserve the right to do so for security and compliance.
