2. Services
We provide international eSIM connectivity and telecom solutions for business partners, including wholesale data plans, API integrations and global roaming, subject to network availability and partner agreements. Operating regions include Europe, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong; coverage may extend further via partner networks.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- Services are offered to businesses and authorised resellers, not consumers at large.
- You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys. Activity under your account is deemed authorised by you.
- We may require KYC/AML documentation before activating wholesale or MVNO/MVNE features.
4. Partnership & white-label use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may resell connectivity under your own brand to your end customers. You remain responsible for your end-customer contracts, support, pricing, marketing claims and compliance in your markets. You must not misrepresent yourself as 5GeSIM Global or as a licensed carrier unless you hold such licences.
5. Wallet, pricing & invoicing
- Wallet top-ups are prepaid credits in EUR (unless otherwise stated). Minimum top-up amounts may apply.
- Taxes (including VAT/GST where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout / on invoices according to the rate configured for your billing relationship.
- After a successful top-up, we issue a professional invoice by email and make it available in the Partner Portal.
- Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel a service for reasons not caused by you.
- Published rates may change; we will notify partners of material price changes.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or network-harmful activity, including spam, illegal content distribution, SIM-box fraud, or attempts to reverse-engineer or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that breach this clause. See also our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Service levels & availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Network coverage, roaming quality and latency depend on third-party carriers and local conditions. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in our platform, documentation, trademarks and software remain with 5GeSIM Global or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the APIs and portal solely to consume the services under these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
Each party must keep the other’s non-public commercial and technical information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Data protection
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where you act as controller of end-customer data, you warrant that you have a lawful basis to process and instruct us as a processor where applicable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5GeSIM Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in that period.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your end customers, your misuse of the services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, KYC failure, AUP breach, or legal risk. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, confidentiality, liability and indemnity) will survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction for individuals (our primary offering is B2B).
